Hi,
I'm trying magic toolbox for magento and have realized that when you select on-click download feature:
# Click to download large image # allowed values: Yes, No click-to-initialize = Yes
the previous/next buttons on images are not working correctly. when you first enter the product view and click a thumbnail i,t only shows "close" button on top. the other previous next buttons only appear after you click on other thumbnails of the image.
when i change the click-to-initialize option to "No" , the previous/next buttons work correctly.
i'm only working on localhost so i cannot show this to you but i think it's very easy to replicate. can you please check this issue?

Hi okyanus,
This is correct behaviour. With the enabled "click-to-initialize" option Magic Thumb instance doesn't start until you click on a thumbnail.
However, we are considering to make changes in this behaviour in further versions, so the previous/next buttons would be visible regardless of whether other images in the same group initialized or not.
All the best,
Alex

hi, guessing from no reply that it's not resolved yet. can i propose a solution?
is it possible to load all images instead of the clicked one on first click of thumbnail images so all items will be initiliazed and so the arrows will be shown? is this fix possible?

Hi okyanus,
Thanks for your proposal.
Unfortunately, there is no easy solution and we are still working on this.
But probably we can make a custom modifications for you following your suggestion. Please send us a link to your page and FTP access to your website (http://www.magictoolbox.com/contact/) and we will look how we can help you.
Thanks,
Alex

Just another note, i installed Php 5.3.2 on my magento server and currently click-to-initialize option stopped working completely. the script is downloading all images reagardles of the option in the .ini file. It was working in php 5.2.11 did you meet with such a problem before?

Hi okyanus,
Weird! The PHP version shouldn't affect on the click-to-initialize option.
We have just rechecked this and can confirm that click-to-initialize is working on Magento running PHP 5.3.2.
