Hi.
In IE8 magic Zoom don´t work!
Fine in FF

Hi,
Please try to change following code in HEAD section:

<!-- link to magiczoom.js file -->
<script src="js/magiczoom.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/prototype.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/scriptaculous.js?load=effects,builder"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/lightbox.js"></script>

to something like follow:

<script type="text/javascript" src="js/prototype.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/scriptaculous.js?load=effects,builder"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/lightbox.js"></script>
<!-- link to magiczoom.js file -->
<script src="js/magiczoom.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

so Magic Zoom reference goes after prototype and scriptaculous.

Hey guys-

Bought a license for this a few weeks ago... I am seeing the same thing...

I have integrated MT into a Ruby On Rails app... It works like a CHAMP on everything except IE8... On IE8 it's very hit or miss... Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... When it does work it's very jumpy.

I am seeing it on IE8 in XP, Vista, Win7.  Unfortunately, the client I am building this for is pretty much all IE8!  So I would LOVE to find a solution to this, because otherwise I may be forced to abandon this otherwise slick little piece of script.

I have put the reference to the script last in the <head> tag, as per the suggestion.  One thing that may or may not be at play is that this is in an https environment... But, look like other non-secured sites are seeing the issue as well.

Hi Guys -

It doesn't look like this one ever got fully resolved.

We're having a similar problem with a client site, where the Magic Magnify box isn't appearing at all in IE8. We're still at early stages of fixing this issue but thought you might be able to shed some light on this issue.

In IE8 the box is ignored and in FF an IE7 you can see the picture box fine.

Your urgency is appreciated.
