I love this product, used it a couple of times. New client sells paintings and would like people to be able to rotate them. Can this be done in magiczoom? Say click to enlarge, then theres a small button in the corner to rotate the image. Or any other way. If its not already in the system, perhaps quote me to get this feature added?

Also your forum is very well hidden.. I always have to google it, I think a link or 3 on your main site would help people. Or maybe you get too busy replying to all the questions!

Hi,

The forum is in readonly mode - no new registrations, thats why its hidden. We accept all questions using our website contact form: http://www.magictoolbox.com/contact

Magic Zoom can't rotate images by default, actually this is not possible to physically rotate image in Javascript, your backend (website software:php or asp or whatever) should create rotated versions of the images and then serve them for Magic Zoom.

Please contact us using http://www.magictoolbox.com/contact and send us details about your website.

Hmm I just found this
http://www.ajaxblender.com/article-sources/jquery/image-rotate/index.html
maybe it is possible to incorporate that into magiczoom?

You are right, but unfortunately its using the CANVAS (or VML for IE) which is not supported by all browsers supported by Magic Zoom and will add a significant size overhead to our script..
